Telesales Officer x 10 (Banking) | Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, Sell & Retain: Conduct outbound calls to promote, upsell, and retain loan products.
• Objection Handling: Effectively manage and overcome customer objections and resistance.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Lead Management: Maximize lead conversion within the assigned timeline.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding journey for customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Prior sales or telesales experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with a good sense of initiative and a “can-do” approach.
